  1. We have two locations: Cambridge (498 Eagle St. North) and Windsor (2525 Roseville Garden Dr.)
  2. We offer online sessions virtually across Canada
  3. We provide direct billing to almost all major insurance providers. Please check your policy for coverage under “Psychotherapy”

Chantal supports individuals navigating complex trauma, BPD, bipolar disorder, attachment challenges, and divorce or co-parenting dynamics. She works collaboratively with clients to build stability, deepen self-understanding, and foster healthier relationships during times of emotional intensity and transition.

Her integrative approach draws from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, polyvagal-informed work, and ecotherapy.
