Welcome! Here a few things to know about Atlas Therapy:

  1. We have two locations: Cambridge (498 Eagle St. North) and Windsor (2525 Roseville Garden Dr.)
  2. We offer online sessions virtually across Canada
  3. We provide direct billing to almost all major insurance providers. Please check your policy for coverage under “Psychotherapy”

As a student Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Atlas Therapy in Windsor, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they explore their inner worlds and make sense of their lived experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative and compassionate space for self-exploration, vulnerability, and authentic human connection- where even the smallest insights can create meaningful and lasting change. My approach is guided by genuine curiosity, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique circumstances.

My work thus far has been informed by Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioural therapeutic approaches, allowing me to help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and create practical strategies for growth. I have had the privilege of working with children, youth, and families to improve relationship dynamics, strengthen communication, and enhance existing strengths within each individual. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, or other life challenges, I am here to support you as you navigate your healing journey.

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, accepted, and safe to express themselves freely. Together, we can reflect on the past, stay grounded in the present, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling future.
