Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am honoured to be a part of the journey that has brought you to therapy. I believe entering therapy holds the power to be a transformative experience, but I also want to acknowledge the vulnerability and courage it takes to begin something new and intimidating.
My role is to create a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space where you feel seen and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace as we work towards achieving your goals and strengthening your well-being.
I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. My hope in therapy is that you are able to offer yourself the space and compassion to learn and grow throughout the journey, all while recognizing your capabilities and strengths as the expert in your own life.
My practice draws from an integrative framework that includes mindfulness, somatic techniques, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These approaches allow us to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs, where my hope is that therapy becomes a space to reconnect with your most authentic self.

I see therapy as a place where you can slow down, untangle your thoughts, and connect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and fluctuating emotions. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth - blending proven strategies with approaches that honour the mind–body connection. I’m completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and bring almost a decade of counselling experience in diverse settings. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in CBT, DBT, addictions, crisis intervention, and Indigenous studies–informed perspectives. Whether we meet in person at my Cambridge office or online anywhere in Ontario, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether we’d be a good fit.

Do you feel alone, overwhelmed, or fearful of changes you can’t control? I’ve been there – and I remember the pressure of trying to “be perfect” while fitting into what others expected. I eventually found the tools and answers I wish I had back then.
Specializing in anxiety, self-worth, school and career struggles, stress and burnout, and ADHD – I work with clients from all walks of life. This includes couples, teens, and anyone interested in seeing the benefits of therapy.

Hi, I’m Natalie. I’m glad you are here.
I believe that every individual should feel heard, valued and seen during therapy, which are my priorities as a therapist. I take an approach that keeps you as the client in the centre of therapy and aim to offer compassionate care while remaining practical. I bring warmth and kindness to the counselling space and carry a commitment to healing through therapy with each of my clients.
I have attended therapy as a client and experienced how powerful it can be in changing negative thoughts and rewriting the narrative of how I viewed my life. I believe that every person is deserving of therapy, regardless of what brings you into the counselling space. I am passionate about words and the power of them, because I have witnessed how words can heal deep wounds. I am here to help you with the wounds that won’t heal, even if years have gone by. With gentle and compassionate therapy, we can address those wounds together.
I integrate Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as Narrative therapy. I am a student therapist at Atlas Counselling, and I offer both In-person and online counselling through the Cambridge office. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My role isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to walk alongside you as we explore new perspectives, build coping tools, and uncover your own strengths.
If you want to see if I would be a good fit for you as your therapist, please consider booking a free consultation call. I am happy to answer any questions and see if working together would be right for you.

Much of my work is guided by a deep commitment to supporting individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities—especially those who have felt dismissed or misunderstood in mental health settings. As someone with lived experience of marginalization, I recognize how vulnerable it can feel to seek support, particularly when safety and affirmation have not always been present. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, affirming, and respectful, where your experiences are honoured and your voice is central. Experiences of trauma—whether acute or ongoing—can shape emotional well-being, relationships, and self-perception in profound ways. Early relational and attachment experiences often influence how we navigate intimacy, boundaries, self-worth, and life transitions. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, anger, disconnection, or a sense of being stuck. In our work together, we will focus on understanding these patterns, processing unresolved experiences, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

As a second-generation immigrant and neurodivergent individual, I bring a unique perspective to my work, one that values diversity in thought, people, and experiences. At Atlas Therapy, I support individuals (young adults and older adults) and couples navigating challenges related to ADHD, stress and burnout, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, attachment trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My approach offers culturally-responsive and person-centered care. I draw inspiration from various therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, as well as somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. This allows me to adapt to each client’s unique needs and goals.
At our Cambridge office, I offer both in-person and online sessions. I draw on over six years of experience supporting adults living with schizophrenia and psychosis, as well as mothers and children navigating homelessness, substance use, and abusive relationships.
Starting therapy takes courage. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation.
